Stellenbeschreibung
- Montage mit Verantwortung: Sie übernehmen die Organisation und Durchführung unserer Projekte im Bereich der Verkehrsleittechnik.
- Ressourcenmanagement: Planung und Einsatz von Mitarbeitern und Material gehören zu Ihrem Tagesgeschäft.
- Bauabläufe im Griff: Sie koordinieren alle Prozesse auf der Baustelle, von der Terminplanung bis zur Steuerung der Bauabläufe.
- Kommunikation und Dokumentation: Sie nehmen an Baubesprechungen teil, führen Korrespondenz und erstellen technische Dokumentationen sowie Aufmaße.
Qualifikationen
- Elektrotechnisches Know-how: Eine weiterführende Qualifikation im Bereich Elektrotechnik ist die Basis für diese Position.
- Führerschein Klasse B: Mobilität ist bei uns unverzichtbar.
- Reisebereitschaft und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Einsätzen zeichnen Sie aus..
- Führungspersönlichkeit: Sie wissen, wie man ein Team führt und andere zu Bestleistungen motiviert.

What you'll do
- As a Bauleiter, you will be responsible for organizing and executing infrastructure projects in traffic control technology. You will coordinate all processes on the construction site, from scheduling to managing construction workflows.
