Job Summary:
The Peon will provide essential administrative and office support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. The role involves assisting with general office duties, coordination tasks, and operating basic office equipment. The candidate should be reliable, organized, and capable of supporting administrative staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and document distribution.
- Operate and maintain photocopy machines and other basic office equipment.
- Assist administrative staff with day-to-day coordination and clerical tasks.
- Support general administrative activities including office upkeep and arrangement of files and documents.
- Handle internal movement of files and documents between departments.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and providing logistical support as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office area as per assigned responsibilities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the administration from time to time.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- SSC / HSC from any statutory Board.
Professional Certifications:
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Hands-on experience in handling photocopy machines and other office-related administrative work.
Skills and Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of general administration and office coordination.
- Ability to operate photocopy machines and basic office equipment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
