Pharmacy Hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday; no holidays or weekends
This position is PRN
Purpose
Practices pharmacy under the laws and rules and regulations of the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy. Reviews and verifies that all filled prescriptions being dispensed to patients are correct, and that all information accompanying medications given to patients is also correct. Pharmacist supervises the Pharmacy Technician and assists pharmacy technician when necessary.
Qualifications
Experience
2 years pharmacy experience preferred
Required Licenses and Certifications
Unrestricted Louisiana Pharmacist license issued by the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy
Education
Education evidenced by licensure.
