Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Shift Team Lead to support operations during overnight hours at a busy logistics facility. This role is ideal for someone with prior team lead or supervisory experience who leads by example, values strong attendance, and works well with others in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead will assist with coordinating workflow, supporting team members, and ensuring productivity and accuracy throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and guide a team during night-shift operations
- Monitor attendance, performance, and overall workflow
- Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and computer tasks
- Promote teamwork, safety, and a positive work environment
- Address minor issues on the floor and escalate concerns as needed
Qualifications
- Previous team lead or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent attendance and reliability required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry, reports, or tracking systems)
- Ability to work well with others and lead by example
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Strong communication skills
