Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Shift Team Lead to support operations during overnight hours at a busy logistics facility. This role is ideal for someone with prior team lead or supervisory experience who leads by example, values strong attendance, and works well with others in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead will assist with coordinating workflow, supporting team members, and ensuring productivity and accuracy throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and guide a team during night-shift operations
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and overall workflow
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and computer tasks
