Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklifts (reach truck or similar) safely and efficiently

Load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse

Pick, stage, and transport products according to work orders

Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow warehouse procedures

Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues

Keep work areas clean and organized

Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (required)

Previous warehouse experience (required)

Valid forklift certification (preferred or ability to obtain)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Reliable attendance and punctuality
