Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for supporting quality and inspection activities related to electrical control panels and components in a light industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves verifying workmanship, wiring accuracy, and conformance to specifications, while maintaining established quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess one or more of the following:
- Experience fabricating or assembling electrical control cabinets
- Experience wiring electrical controls or control panels
- Background as an industrial or commercial Electrician
- Associate degree (two-year) in Electrical Technology or a related field
Candidates who meet at least one of the above qualifications and demonstrate strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to quality are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience fabricating, wiring, or inspecting electrical control panels
- Experience working in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation
