Job Title: Full-Time Property Maintenance Supervisor
Location: New Concord, Ohio (Onsite)
Service Area: New Concord, New Lexington, Zanesville, Marietta
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of our residential properties located In New Concord as well service in our other surrounding locations in New Lexington, Zanesville and occasionally Marietta. This individual will be responsible for performing unit flips and completing maintenance work orders efficiently and with high quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property maintenance, with clear potential to advance into a Property Maintenance Supervisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple properties
- Supervise and support a team of maintenance specialists, providing training and guidance as needed
- Manage and prioritize apartment flips, work orders, and ongoing maintenance projects
- Ensure timely completion of service requests for both residential and commercial units
- Conduct regular inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs
- Collaborate with property management to develop maintenance schedules and manage supply inventory.
- Lead by example and work alongside the team to complete hands-on tasks
- Ensure safety protocols and standards are consistently followed
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance issues via the company-provided emergency phone on weekends
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with power tools and basic hand tools (must operate them safely and efficiently)
- Trustworthy, dependable, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both residential and commercial property maintenance
- Basic certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing a plus
