Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations / Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. This role requires a strong, process-driven leader who is comfortable balancing oversight responsibilities with hands-on, floor-level support when needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and capable of leading teams across extended shifts in a non-climate-controlled setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and customer expectations are met
- Provide hands-on leadership, including stepping in to assist with physical or operational tasks when required
- Maintain a strong floor presence, monitoring workflow, safety, and team performance
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to address operational needs and resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to established processes, procedures, and attendance expectations
- Travel to other operational sites as needed to support business demands
- Adjust schedules and staffing as required to meet fluctuating customer or production needs
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing/warehouse environment with no climate control
- Significant walking and standing throughout 12-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to perform physical, hands-on work when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
- Process-driven, hands-on leadership style
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, additional days, and varying schedules as needed
