Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Support Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Rockford, Ohio. This role supports production operations by assisting machine operators, supplying materials to the line, and ensuring smooth workflow across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various machines and equipment on the production floor
- Fill gaps on production lines during breaks or absences
- Supply production lines with materials (caps, bottles, paste, packaging, etc.)
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and production changeovers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety and quality policies
- Work closely with line operators and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
