Shift: 2nd, 2pm-10pm.
Pay: $18+, based on experience!
Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure customer schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role provides direct leadership to production employees, coordinates workflow, enforces company policies, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer delivery schedules
- Organize, assign, and schedule work for production personnel
- Participate in hiring, discipline, and termination decisions for production employees
- Ensure proper training procedures are followed and assist with the development of new procedures
- Enforce company work rules, safety standards, and policies at all times
- Ensure completion and accuracy of all required administrative and production documentation
- Assist with quality control activities and adherence to production procedures
- Analyze labor needs and productivity to support operational efficiency
- Support and track production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with TS-16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous production or manufacturing leadership experience required
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn, apply, and enforce quality and production standards
- Ability to pass an in-house welding test, if required for the role
