Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations. This role involves operating production equipment, handling materials, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Schedule:
6am-4pm, Monday- Thursday ($15.22/hour)
4pm-2am, Monday- Thursday ($17.25/hour)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment according to work instructions
- Load and unload materials, parts, or products from machines
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
- Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products as required
- Accurately complete production counts, logs, and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Willingness to learn and follow standardized processes
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production facility
- Exposure to noise, heat, and industrial equipment
- PPE required (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, etc.)
