We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Administrator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role works closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering to keep orders accurate, schedules on track, and production running smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone organized, communicative, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Enter and review customer orders in the ERP/MRP system
- Verify part numbers, specifications, and order details
- Release production orders to the shop floor
- Track production progress and help ensure on-time completion
- Communicate schedule changes, updates, or delays to internal teams
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering
- Clarify specifications, engineering changes, and customer requirements
- Help plan and prioritize daily and weekly production schedules
- Maintain accurate records and production documentation
- Prepare basic production reports
- Provide general administrative support to manufacturing and engineering teams
- Identify workflow issues and assist with process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Administrative or production coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with production workflows or shop floor operations
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
