About this role

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to establish and maintain processing parameters for new tools and new production jobs. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality production, continuous process improvement, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and document processing parameters for new tools and jobs
  • Ensure all processing paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Assist in training and supporting Process Technician I employees
  • Support Tool Technicians with mold troubleshooting and repairs
  • Assist Maintenance with repairs to presses, robots, and related equipment
  • Troubleshoot existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Respond promptly to machine issues and document all process changes
  • Complete all setup, startup, and machine adjustment documentation
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, customers, and suppliers to meet program objectives
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Injection Molding
  • Strong knowledge of plastic resins and processing parameters
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment
