Job Summary
We are hiring a Plastic Molding Technician to support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who can independently operate injection molding machines, make minor process adjustments, and ensure parts meet quality specifications with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Operate injection molding machines independently with minimal assistance
- Perform machine start-ups and ensure parts are properly inspected
- Verify correct molds and materials are being used
- Make minor process and tool adjustments to meet product specifications
- Keep machines running efficiently throughout the shift
- Communicate production or quality issues to the shift supervisor
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience starting up, maintaining, or improving injection molding processes preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills required
- Strong attention to detail
