Part-Time On-Site Lead / Support – Evening Shift

We are seeking a Part-Time On-Site Lead / Support professional to assist with evening and weekend operations at one of our client locations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong people personality, leadership mindset, and interest in recruiting and employee support within a diverse workforce.
Provide on-site support during second shift operations
Serve as a point of contact for employees and client leadership during assigned hours
Assist with employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and daily workforce needs
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations efforts
Communicate effectively with a multilingual workforce
Deliver high-quality customer service to both clients and employees
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
Help maintain a positive, productive, and compliant onsite work environment
Support weekend coverage as needed
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferable onsite, lead, or supervisory experience
Recruiting and management background strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, approachable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting a diverse workforce; site recruits heavily Spanish, Vietnamese, and Haitian-speaking employees
Bilingual a strong plus (Spanish preferred; additional languages highly valued)
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet-based systems preferred)
