Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Conduct on-site customer visits, sales presentations, and plant tours

Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts

Stay current on industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes

Develop knowledge of CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies

Report directly to company management and ownership
Requirements
-
5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, machining, industrial products, or related fields
-
Proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship development
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-
Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
-
CRM experience is a plus
