Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines and automated equipment
- Reprogram machines and robots (Fanuc experience preferred)
- Diagnose equipment issues through visual inspection, testing, and analysis
- Perform preventive maintenance and install new or repaired machine components
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and schematic prints
- Partner with production teams to ensure efficient and safe equipment operation
- Support production and quality goals as a reliable team member
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer, math, and troubleshooting skills
- Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, or Automated Systems preferred
- Experience with PLCs, drives, robotics, and industrial controls is highly desired
- Reliable, career-oriented mindset with availability for 3rd shift
- Ability to work overtime and one weekend per month
- Ability to commute or relocate to Sunbury, OH prior to starting
