Pay Rate: Starting at $15+ per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operators to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently on any assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain quality standards by inspecting products and ensuring specifications are met
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues to maintenance
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow production schedules and meet output goals
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work any shift, including nights or weekends as needed
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
