Folder/Gluer Machine Operator
Pay: $18–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Folder/Gluer Machine Operator to produce high-quality folding cartons for the food packaging industry. This role requires strong machine operation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities

Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot folder/gluer machines.

Perform setup, make-ready, and adjustments to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Monitor production, clear jams, and maintain speed and accuracy.

Ensure all jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Follow all OHSE, PPE, and safety procedures; help maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Communicate effectively with team members and support technicians.

Provide leadership in training, workflow, and problem-solving as needed.
Requirements

High School diploma or GED.

Minimum 3 years of folder/gluer machine operation experience (food packaging preferred).

Basic computer and math skills.

Ability to stand, bend, lift 30+ lbs, and work rotating shifts/overtime as needed.
