Job Title: Fitter Welder
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fitter Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, fabricating, and welding metal components according to drawings and specifications while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts accurately

Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, and/or Stick as required)

Ensure welds meet quality and structural standards

Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely

Inspect finished work for accuracy and defects

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow company safety policies and procedures
Requirements

Previous experience as a fitter welder or similar role

Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements

Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to the job

Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
