Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping machines running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Repair or replace worn or damaged components
- Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and support unplanned repairs
- Document maintenance work, repairs, and parts usage accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to meet operational goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in equipment maintenance or industrial service (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics or manuals
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and mechanical systems a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
