Die Cutter Operator
Pay: $18–$30/hr
We’re hiring an experienced Die Cutter Operator to run die cutting equipment (with blanking capability) and help produce top-quality folding cartons. If you’re skilled, safety-focused, and want to join a strong production team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot die cutter machines

Perform make-ready adjustments (dies, register, pressure)

Maintain machine speed, quality, and clear jams

Inspect finished product for accuracy

Follow all safety and quality standards (ISO, cGMP, HACCP)

Assist in training and guiding team members
Requirements
-
3+ years offline die cutting experience (folding cartons)

Experience with die cutters that have blanking capability

Ability to lift 60+ lbs and stand for long periods

Basic math/computer skills; strong communication
-
Willing to rotate shifts and work overtime as needed
