With nationwide reach, regional expertise, and a commitment to excellent service, we are well-positioned to support our clients now and in the future</strong></p><hr><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p><span>Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of compliance-related projects across gas and building safety services and ensuring projects are planned, resourced and delivered on time, within budget and in full accordance with regulatory and compliance standards.</span></p><p><span>Working closely with operational teams, contractors, clients and wider Sureserve Group stakeholders, the Project Manager will drive performance, manage risk and maintain high standards of health &amp; safety, quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.</span></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Governance</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee the end-to-end delivery of compliance projects across gas and building safety services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate internal resources and manage external contractors to ensure successful project delivery</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor progress, manage risks and issues and implement mitigation actions where required</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure all projects meet regulatory, contractual and compliance requirements</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>&nbsp;Stakeholder &amp; Client Management</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely and effective communication</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liaise with clients regarding community benefit obligations and associated activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Produce rapid communications to, or on behalf of, clients where required</span></p></li><li><p><span>Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including operational teams, senior management and external partners</span></p></li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;<strong>Operational &amp; Compliance Support</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Work closely with operational teams to drive performance and continuous improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attend Health &amp; Safety Committee meetings and ensure actions are followed up and closed out</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and support ad hoc projects, including the creation and implementation of new processes and procedures in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance alignment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track and report monthly KPIs</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>&nbsp;Reporting &amp; Communications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Prepare and deliver monthly Board Reports</span></p></li><li><p><span>Draft content for monthly newsletters issued by Sureserve Group</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee the social media planner in conjunction with an appointed subcontractor</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liaise with all Sureserve Compliance North offices to gather content for social media and internal/ external communications</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>&nbsp;People, Culture &amp; Engagement</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Support staff engagement initiatives, including staff wellness days and fundraising events</span></p></li><li><p><span>Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>&nbsp;Group &amp; Strategic Initiatives</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Work with Sureserve Group to coordinate and deploy Project Quantum across Sureserve Compliance North</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support wider group initiatives and projects as required</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Proven practical experience in project management within compliance, gas, building safety or a regulated environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of regulatory standards, health &amp;
