About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager/Project Manager to lead on‑site supervision and EPC contractor coordination for a major SWRO desalination project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations, construction supervision, and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with EPC contract, specifications, quality, and HSE standards.
- Drive schedule reporting, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 12–15+ years in water/desalination/industrial infrastructure projects.
- Strong client‑facing, communication, and leadership skills.
- Minimum 5 years in similar project environment; UAE experience preferred.
