Primary Purpose of Position
The Finance Team Lead – PTP (Procurement to Pay) supervises the PTP team daily, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions. Responsible for the management and operations of a subgroup within PTP function, ensuring quality service delivery in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
The Team Lead is also expected to assume other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the Process:
• Ensure the team’s objectives and SLAs are met.
• Regularly monitor, track and address issues escalated by the team and other stakeholders.
• Implement control measures to prevent or minimize errors.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders in resolving complex issues and escalate to PTP Manager if necessary.
• Improve existing processes and procedures.
• Develop metrics to measure team’s performance as needed.
• Maintain and ensure process workflow and documentation are up to date to the current processes.
People and Leadership:
• Communicate regularly to each member ofthe team.
• Perform people management responsibilities including but not limited to planning and assigning tasks, and team performance appraisal, coaching and development
Others:
• Assistin planning and managing transition and/or system implementation activities with the Project team.
• Collaborate and coordinate review meetings with relevant stakeholders and internal functional teams on a periodic basis
• Assist in other functional areas when needed
