About this role
The Maintenance & Project Executive will play a vital frontline role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of key defence infrastructure across the island.
This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and making a real impact through their technical expertise.
What You’ll Do
Be part of a dedicated maintenance team providing scheduled and corrective maintenance for critical defence systems
Act as the first responder during equipment faults, attending on-site activations to restore system functionality
Support 24/7 operations through an on-call rotation (work outside office hours and on weekends will be compensated with time-off)
Handle procurement-related administrative tasks as part of project maintenance
Assist the Project Manager with project coordination, administration, and work scope execution
What We’re Looking For
Minimally ITE graduates in Engineering or Information & Digital Technologies. Other candidates with relevant technical skills and experience may also apply.
Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support and work effectively in a team-based environment
Valid Class 3 driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments
Reliable team player with a proactive and responsible mindset
