Job Title: Landscape Architect
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing and delivering innovative, sustainable, and functional landscape solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in master planning, landscape design, and execution for a wide range of projects including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Institutional, Hospitality, and Infrastructure developments at both national and international levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and detailing of landscape architecture projects.
- Develop master plans, planting plans, hardscape designs, and irrigation layouts.
- Prepare design presentations, working drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards, sustainability goals, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil/structural engineers, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.
- Oversee site implementation, review contractor submissions, and provide technical guidance during execution.
- Manage client interactions, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure design excellence.
- Mentor junior landscape architects and design team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in landscape design and planning.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, grading, and environmental sustainability.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with green building standards and sustainable landscape practices.
- Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in large-scale urban design and smart city projects.
- Exposure to international design standards and codes.
