What you will do:

  • Conduct follow-up calls
  • Handle operational conflicts and issues, by investigating and resolving conflicting situations
  • Engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods within the community
  • Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls, or emails
  • Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily via calls
  • Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal at C1 level) is a must
  • Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills
  • Experience within the food tech industry
  • Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is a must
  • Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously
  • Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
