As Optimization Specialist, you will play a vital role in Superior Insurance Partners success by performing pre-Go-Live setup and conducting post-Go-Live site visits and remote meetings with agencies and individual employees to provide training, data cleanup, reporting, configuration, fixes and optimization on the features and operation of Applied Epic, CSR24 and other related system and vendor solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining workflows, processes and procedures, creating job aids, configuring accounting methods, promoting best practices, and driving and facilitating efficiency and cost-effective solutions. Timely and detailed responses to agency partners’ support requests will also be a key aspect of your role.
