You are an expert in the programmatic ecosystem with an obsessive eye for detail and a drive to build the future of automated, media performance strategy.</span></p><h4><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h4><h3><span><strong>Campaign Execution & Optimisation</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span><strong>End-to-End Ownership:</strong> Oversee the trafficking, testing, and delivery of managed campaigns using Beeswax and Google Ads.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Yield Management:</strong> Balance campaign performance and delivery with financial margin to maximise efficiency and gross profit revenue.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Strategic Optimisation:</strong> Continuously identify issues preventing campaigns from hitting KPIs and propose effective, data-driven solutions.</span></p></li></ul><h3><span><strong>Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span><strong>Subject Matter Expertise:</strong> Serve as the technical authority on our ad tech stack, ad format capabilities, and the advances in programmatic advertising.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Develop methodical processes and documentation to reduce mistakes and ensure a "closed-loop" resolution of issues.</span></p></li></ul><h3><span><strong>Stakeholder & Sales Support</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span><strong>Commercial Advantage:</strong> Empower commercial teams with insightful reports and inventory forecasting to benefit campaign delivery and high-quality pitches.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Collaborative Partnership:</strong> Work closely with Publisher Development and Product teams to test and deploy new marketplace connections, such as publishers and verification partners.</span></p></li></ul><h3><span><strong>Leadership & Mentorship</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span><strong>Team Development:</strong> Train and support junior Ad Ops managers to ensure a best-in-class delivery chain and a culture of continuous learning.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Process Innovation:</strong> Proactively seek out and communicate workflow improvements to drive department-wide effectiveness and scalability.</span></p></li></ul><h4><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years in digital ad operations with a minimum of 1 year focused specifically on programmatic advertising.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Programmatic Proficiency:</strong> Deep experience using major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, or Beeswax), being well versed in optimisation levers and their impact.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Technical Toolkit:</strong> Mastery of VAST/HTML5 formats and experience with 3rd party tag vendors such as DCM, Innovid, Moat, and IAS.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Data Fluency:</strong> High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (including Data Studio) with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Methodical Mindset:</strong> An obsessive eye for detail and a track record of delivering multiple complex projects from inception to completion.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Compliance Knowledge:</strong> Solid understanding of global privacy laws and regulations, specifically <strong>COPPA</strong> and <strong>GDPR</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Interpersonal Skills:</strong> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to flex your style for different audiences and push back on senior stakeholders when necessary.</span></p></li></ul>
