What you'll be doing:

• Conduct thorough research and validation of entity data using both internal and external data sources;


• Accurately input event results into our system to ensure timely client payouts;


• Promptly and accurately settle markets and resolve discrepancies as required;


• Engage in the manual resettlement of events due to discrepancies between provided feeds and our internal rules;


• Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues independently or in collaboration with senior staff and the offer team;


• Generate incident reports for potential regulatory complaints and provide additional information as needed;


• Proactively communicate with the offer team about customer requests for adding events or special markets;


• Conduct regular checks and manage sports fixtures across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and synchronization with associated data feeds;


• Monitor and adjust pre-match feeds, templates, and print offerings to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms;


• Work closely with providers and developers to manage and resolve fixture-related issues;


• Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of event information, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant sports events.

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek;


• Has passion for sports and knowledge about sports;


• Is a keen learner and always striving to improve;


• Has proven experience in sportsbook operations or a similar role;


• Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail;


• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills;


• Is able to work independently and as part of a team;


• Is proficient in using sports betting platforms and tools, such as Bet Radar.
