Supporting the General Manager of Super Technologies Greece, and working in close collaboration with the Group Finance team of Super, the newly appointed Finance Director (FD) will be a key member of the Super Greece leadership team. The FD will partner with the General Manager to provide strategic leadership for the business, in close collaboration with the remainder of the Executive Team. They will lead and develop the finance organisation to provide in-depth and actionable analysis for strategic planning, whilst ensuring operational effectiveness. The FD will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s future growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a rapidly evolving business which plans to disrupt the Greek gaming market.

What you will be doing : 

Strategic Direction

• Act as a strategic business partner and active contributor to shaping business strategy.


• Lead financial forecasting and budget processes.


• Drive productivity and fuel growth by identifying opportunities to fund investments with strong ROI.

Financial Oversight

• Ensure robust financial processes and controls are in place through oversight of the Finance Operations team.


• Support colleagues in delivering proper and timely Financial and Tax accounting.


• Monitor financial KPIs in alignment with Superbet’s growth strategy.


• Protect the company through ensuring adherence to financial and tax regulations by enforcing a strong internal controls environment.

Team Development

• Provide leadership to the Greece finance team through proactively identifying staffing and training needs, evaluating employee performance, and delivery of coaching.

We are looking for someone who : 

• Has relevant leadership experience across the Finance spectrum.


• Can build relationships with other senior leaders to drive business performance.


• Has a track record in steering teams of Accounting and Finance professionals.


• Is skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.This includes business case analysis for material investment propositions.


• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team environment.


• Understands specific operational drivers of performance; able to translate financial insight into commercial strategy and to anticipate future risks and opportunities.


• Is self-directed with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. Capable of easily switching from strategic thinking to tactical, execution-oriented thinking.


• Has a relevant academic or professional background (e.g. Finance, Accounting).


• Has experience within the Gaming sector is an advantage. 


• Is fluent in both Greek and English language.
