Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. As the owner of overall sales revenue, market share of Supermicro Japan
  1. As the owner of Supermicro Japan Annual Sales Plan
  2. To work with each the Team Leaders of all the sales teams selling to Japan and to facilitate sales efforts from multiple Sales Teams with the objective to maximize the total revenue.
  3. Instead of managing the “transaction lifecycle”, VP of Sales manage “customer lifecycle” and “total customer satisfaction” which includes

I. Account plan and account performance review,

II. Pre-sales and (facilitate internal competition from multiple Sales Team and multiple channel partners from multiple countries)

III. post-sales management

  1. To develop Enterprise market segment in Japan, especially Telecom subsegment.

To further develop CSP segment in Japan. 

Qualifications:

  1. At least 25 years of experience in technology field
  2. At least 5 years of Executive (VP and above) experience in Sales and/or Business Management in the technology field
  3. Thorough understanding of customer behaviors of enterprise, CSP and HPC segment
  4. Expertise of sales channels management
  5. Familiar with supply chain of computation technology to the component level.
  6. Business fluency in English and Japanese
  7. BS or BA degree and above
