Job Summary:

We currently seek a dynamic Program Manager to provide leadership, oversight to drive, coordinate, and monitor engineering programs including scheduling, planning, product and project cost analysis, early access, and first customer shipment. This role will be heavily involved in leading the cross-functional teams from sales, productions, and purchasing. You must have an exceptional project management and communication skills in order to succeed in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. OEM/Channel Program manager is responsible for the success of OEM/Channel projects.
2. Plan, coordinate, and control progress of projects, help to escalate and track abnormality, and drive deliverables with defined time frame.
3. Responsible for program developments, executions, communications, trainings.
4. Coordinate material readiness with procurement team.
5. Coordinate demand delivery plans with production and PM teams and communicate delivery with customers. Track On-Time delivery performance. 
6. Hold meetings with cross-functional teams to go over KPI performance, which may include forecast/back order status, material status, On-Time delivery, and Excessive/Obsolete materials.
7. Develop necessary processes to support business models. 
8. Build excellent fulfillment strategy/framework/tool for Taiwan and global demand/supply plan & balance & JIT.

Qualifications:

1. BA/BS required. 
2. Master's degree in business or engineering degree, with Electrical Engineering degree is a plus. 
3. At least 3 + years in servers/computer design/manufacturing industrials, in tier one servers industry will be a plus.
4. 5+ years experience in Operations, Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management.
5. Work efficiently with cross-functional teams, provide clean goals and guidances to team members, drive the team for targets. 
6. Strong problem-solving skill, analytical capabilities, attention to details. 
7. MRP/SAP understanding and experience. 
8. Excellent Ms. Office/BI skill.
