Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy for successful rack product deployment based on deep understanding of customer technical requirements.'
• To understand and resolve challenges by collaborating with business partners and internal technical members.
• Design, development and delivery rack solutions to Sales/BD/FAE and the customers.
• Communicate with customers; technical questions/concerns.
• Create positioning statements, marketing, and sales training materials, product specifications.
• This position will require travel periodically to visit customers or attend trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in data center/server related fields
• Experience in AI, High Performance Computing and Liquid Cooling is preferred.
• Experience with Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics and Heat transfer is preferred.
• Familiar with Open stack, Hadoop, VMware, and other system solution is a plus.
• Deep understanding of data center market trend and competitors' strength/weakness.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to communicate effectively with customers to promote, answer questions, and receive feedback.
