Underpinned by quality, craftsmanship and a strong sense of purpose, our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand.

Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam® and Maker's Mark® Bourbon, Hibiki® Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club® Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee. As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. The Opportunity:

As the National Account Manager – Vending & Leisure, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our Leisure strategy and driving sustainable growth across key national customers. This position holds full accountability for major partners within the Vending and Specialty Retail channels, where you will lead planning, commercial negotiations, strategic account development, and execution of joint business plans.

You’ll work collaboratively with a high‑performing extended team and enjoy the autonomy and flexibility needed to shape your strategy and drive results.

What you'll do:

  • Lead national customer management across Vending & Specialty Retail, nurturing high‑value partnerships.
  • Develop and execute customer plans that accelerate growth, expand market share, and increase availability of Suntory’s leading brands.
  • Prepare and negotiate trading terms, ensuring mutually beneficial and commercially sound outcomes.
  • Analyse ranging, distribution, promotional activity and competitor performance to identify opportunities.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Category, Finance, Logistics, RGM, Demand Planning and Marketing to deliver accurate forecasts and achieve channel KPIs.
  • Co‑own and execute long‑term joint business plans with major partners.
  • Maintain trade spend and financial performance within agreed guidelines.
  • Champion channel execution and drive availability and distribution growth.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Customer channel experience — ideally Vending, Out‑of‑Home or Specialty Retail.
  • Proven account and customer management experience, supported by strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
  • Strong forecasting capability across baseline and NPD.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to long‑term channel planning (including asset procurement evolution).
  • Experience managing trade spend, budgets and commercial performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Analytical, resilient, collaborative, and able to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across supply, marketing, finance, field and commercial teams.
  • Resilience, hustle, curiosity and a passion for selling.
  • Willingness to travel nationally to meet partners and attend industry events.

What's in it for you?

  • Grow your career – we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
  • Drive transformation and innovation in a future-fit operating model.
  • Generous incentive program for all of our permanent employees.
  • An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Birthday leave – enjoy a day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
  • Work in a culture that values diversity, collaboration and growth.
  • Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working.
  • We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
