DEINE CHALLENGE:
- Du bist das Gesicht von Sunrise und begeisterst unsere Kundschaft mit deiner positiven Ausstrahlung, deiner zielgerichteten Beratung und dem Verkauf unserer vielfältigen Sunrise Produkte.
- Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und sorgst für eine erstklassige Atmosphäre im Shop.
- Du unterstützt Kundinnen und Kunden bei Reparatur- und Serviceanliegen und agierst dabei professionell und lösungsorientiert.
- Du behältst den Überblick über Lager und Inventur und erledigst administrative Aufgaben effizient.
- Du lebst und repräsentierst die Sunrise Werte – Innovation, Kundennähe und Top-Service.
DEINE SKILLS:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Telekommunikations- oder Multimediabranche – oder du bist ein/e motivierte/r Quereinsteiger/-in mit Verkaufsflair.
- Du sprudelst vor Begeisterung für Technologie, Telekommunikation und digitale Trends.
- Deine Leidenschaft für den Verkauf ist spürbar und dein professionelles Auftreten machen dich zu einem echten Sales-Profi.
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und die Fähigkeit, ihre Bedürfnisse schnell zu erkennen.
- Dank deiner Geduld und deinem technischen Verständnis wirst du ein/e Alltagsheld/-in für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.
- Du bringst eine grosse Portion Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Offenheit für eine schnelllebige Branche mit.
