We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Finance Graduate to join our team at Sunrise. As a Finance Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment, while developing a strong foundation in Finance. The Program is 3 years long and is divided into 3 rotations of 12 months each, to allow Graduates to see different areas of the finance function such as Capital allocation, Accounting & Reporting, Treasury, Procurement, Investor Relations, Finance Transformation, Risk & Compliance, M&A and Strategy. 

As part of the Program, Finance Graduates are required to take part in external Finance-related educational programs or certifications (i.e., CAS, CFA, CIMA). Sunrise commits to sponsorship & support including study leave.  

You can also expect mentoring, extensive internal learning and development curriculum, possibility of a 1-year rotation abroad (UK, Netherlands) and a tight-knit community of graduates.  

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Assisting in preparing financial reports, including budget, forecast, and variance analysis
• Performing financial analysis to support business decision-making
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Assisting in managing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Supporting in the creation of contracts and negotiation with suppliers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and support business initiatives
• Assisting with ad-hoc financial projects as needed
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance
   

YOUR SKILLS:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
