- Total compensation = averages between $21.00-$25.00 per hour (includes base + tips)

- Daytime, weekday availability (occasional weekend availability)
- 10am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Timely and efficiently open the store, either alone or with a team
- Confidently and timely prepare food items; maintain an elevated awareness of stock levels
- Accurately communicate and serve customers with joy, demonstrate thorough knowledge of all product details and service standards
- Maintain responsible cash handling and perform closing cash out procedures accurately
- Exemplify Sundae’s customer service standards; execute with pride and leadership
- Participate in and contribute to all staff meetings and team cleaning tasks
- Lead a team to success during a shift by setting the example for positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards

- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Some foodservice experience preferred
- Must be 16 or older
- Must have work availability throughout winter season (approximately 4/19/2026)
Physical Requirements:
- Move, traverse or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
- Constantly use manual (e.g., scooping ice cream) and automatic food service equipment and touchscreens
- Regularly move up to 25 pounds for a distance of 50 feet or more
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladder to clean or lift items stored above
- Occasionally position self to clean, maintain equipment, and retrieve items below counter height
