Overview
The Poolside Bartender creates an excellent guest experience that exceeds expectations by preparing and serving classic and innovative beverages. As a bartender at Nellie's, you'll be responsible coordinating the pool bar and communicating with both front and back-of-house team members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Salary: $18.00/hour
This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:
- Season Start: 5/3/2026
- Season End: 9/19/2026

Responsibilities
- Meet all established service standards
- Prepare all beverages served in the area of responsibility
- Maintain control of bar area, staff, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness of the snack bar and corresponding facilities
- Perform tasks necessary for opening and closing of the facility to the satisfaction of administration and within inventory needs
- Comply with all Washington State labor, health and safety regulations
- Maintain issued bank
Qualifications
- Complete knowledge of mixology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work well with others and function well in a fast paced environment
- Cashiering experience
- Current liquor license and food handler permits required
