Overview
Nellie's is a hub of energy during the busy summer season, located at the Nelson Farm Pool. As a Cashier/Server you'll work with the Nellie's team to ensure that guests' orders are accurately and quickly received and fulfilled. With a friendly attitude and team oriented mindset, you'll positively influence the club member experience at Suncadia.
Salary: $17.13/hour
This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:
- Season Start: 5/3/2026
- Season End: 9/19/2026

Responsibilities
- Perform Cashier Duties: taking guest orders & operating point of sale system
- Ensure guest orders are accurately served
- Bring a consistent, positive, upbeat attitude to the teams everyday routine
- Offer guests the highest quality service
- Complete assigned side-work in timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of snack bar and corresponding facilities at all times
- Complete daily paperwork in an accurate manner
- Responsible for assigned bank and any overage and/shortages
- Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current Washington state food handler permit required OR obtain permit within 30-days of hire
- If over 21-years-old: ability to learn basic bartending skills; willing to occasional work bar shifts; if over 21 years old
- Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment
- Able to communicate well with team members and customers
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience a plus
- Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills
