Job Description Summary
Responsibilities:
- Perform check-ins and check-outs of equipment packages in inventory control software
- Track customer bookings and ensure that customers adhere to the schedule
- Receive and appropriately distribute order documents from the CSR department to warehouse floor staff
- Update order management database to reflect current state of orders to ship
- Ensure accurate amendment of orders that are shipping
- Work with customers and floor staff to produce accurate return lists
- Diligently apply manual return transaction records to the correct orders in inventory control software
- Generate, distribute and collect appropriate documents for digital signature
- Work with the Inventory team to correct inventory discrepancies as they arise
- Assist with digital uploading of manual paperwork
- Assist in the archival of physical paperwork
- Comply with all WorkSafe requirements
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of lighting and grip equipment
- Experienced with inventory control systems, knowledge of RT Pro, Trello, Skedda
- Minimum 2 years related industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task and focus in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Self-Motivated/Proactive
- Able to both lead and work with a team
- Willing to work after-hours when necessary
Base Pay Range
