Job Description:

• Delivering projects as a Designer and Development lead with small team with zero-variance performance
• Lead or contribute to design and analysis of medium to large IT projects
• Delivery of Design and Development work
• Review the artifcates and code developed by team members
• Guide and mentor team member and ensure quality delivery
• Writing and developing Component Design components and associated Test plans
• Assisting UAT and implementation

Translating the Components Design into coding components

• Lead or contribute to design and developmet of medium to large IT projects
• Provide thought leadership and recommendation on solution design
• Work closely with internal stakeholder
• Good experience in working at onshore – offshore model
• Able to lead a small team, help and mentor the junior team members
• Develop, code, test, and debug programs for medium to large IT Projects 
• Analysis, Coding, testing, debugging and providing relevant comments/documentation for the application managed.
• Participating and sharing Functional/Technical knowledge with the rest of the team.
• Participates in post-implementation reviews of both application development content and process to maximize and share learning.
• Understand the requirements for new project initiatives, low to medium complexity enhancements, participate in design and complete the development and unit testing.

Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectively

BE, B. Tech. or MCA/MS (Comp Sc.) from reputed institute.

8-10 years of experience on mentioned technical areas and skills

• Extensive experience in Cobol, IMS, JCL, MQ Series, DB2, File Aid, Spufi, ISPF, MQ Series and other utilities

Very Strong analytical abilities
