Job Description:

Role Summary

Working with the Business Enablement & Initiatives team, this role is responsible for leading key initiatives to transform and improve distribution operations. The successful candidate will drive process optimization, technology enablement, and change management to enhance the end-to-end client journey and increase distribution satisfaction. This role acts as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and digital/IT teams, ensuring seamless delivery, adoption, and measurable impact of strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

a) Business Enablement and Transformation

- Spearhead initiatives to enhance the end-to-end client journey and increase distribution satisfaction.

- Partner with the distributions to align enablement initiatives with measurable growth objectives and distribution KPIs.

- Collaborate with cross-departmental business leaders to identify pain points, opportunities for improvement, and drive process and digital initiatives.

- Gather and analyze feedback from business partners and distribution channels to understand client needs and identify areas for process improvement and digital transformation.

b) Project Management and Implementation

- Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design, execution tracking, defect resolution, and user sign-offs.

- Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and initiatives across the organization and distribution channels.

- Design and deliver engaging change management activities, including roadshows, training sessions, and demos for advisors and distribution leaders.

- Provide project management support for ad-hoc initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.

c) Reporting and Communication

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation materials, communicating project status, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in business enablement, distribution support, change management, operations, or digital transformation within financial services (life insurance experience preferred).

- Proven track record of success in large-scale transformation projects with direct impact on MCV growth and Distribution/Agency enablement.

- Experience implementing digital projects specifically for MCV distribution channels, covering both MCV broker and MCV agency segments.

- Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation (including roadshow and training delivery).

- Demonstrated expertise in UAT planning, requirement gathering, and adoption strategy execution.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required.

- Experience working with China teams or on China-related projects is highly desirable.

- Willingness to travel to Mainland China as needed.
