The Head of Procurement role is to lead and manage end-to-end procurement function for Sun Life Indonesia, ensuring strategic resourcing, cost efficiency, vendor performance, and strong governance aligned with company objective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field
• Minimum 6 years experience in procurement, preferably from insurance industry of financial services industry
• Minimum 3 years in leadership role

Responsibilities

• To establish and continuously improve procurement governance framework
• To oversee contract negotiation including, pricing & payment terms, Service Level Agreement, penalty clauses, data privacy, exit clauses, to ensure all contracts comply with internal governance.
• To lead vendor management and monitor vendor performance
• To identify and deliver cost savings and value creation initiatives
• To drive continuous improvement
