Job Description:

Reporting to the AVP Internal Audit, this position is responsible to assist in internal audit process for overall function in Sun Life Indonesia including:

• Plan, execute and manage audit engagements in accordance with the SLF audit methodology and quality standards.

• Assists in developing the annual audit plan.

• Recommends revisions to audit approach, procedures, and programs where needed.

• Prepares audit issues and recommendations that adds value to the clients.

• Leads meetings with clients – on opening meetings, presenting audit findings and recommendations and issue follow-ups.  

• Monitors audit findings and ensure timely and effective resolution.

• Participate in management meetings to further the completion of the annual plan and departmental objectives.

• Participates in fraud investigations, as required.

• Assist the team in the achievement of the department’s strategic priorities.

• Enrich knowledge through internal and external trainings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.

• Professional accounting or audit designation/certification.

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of auditing experience or combination of audit and financial experience, preferably from insurance or banking industry

• Oral and written communication English (Proficient)

• Having Sharia knowledge would be an advantage.
