Affordable Tire & Brake Co. is a locally owned and operated shop that has been in business since 1995. We’re dedicated to providing our loyal clients with quality service that’s geared toward keeping their cars in good shape. We have 11 service bays to accommodate vehicles of different sizes. We’re an authorized Bridgestone and Firestone dealer.

The General Service Technician is responsible for conducting non-technical automotive service repairs such as oil changes, tire and wheel related services and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop as needed.

Compensation: UP TO $25/HR - DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Installs new tires
  • Performs maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Perform basic oil changes and maintenance inspections on vehicles
  • Maintains cleanliness of the shop to include the service area, tire racks, showroom and outside the building to maintain a clean and inviting appearance.
  • Follows safety procedures and company policies while performing job duties
  • Provides helpful, friendly, and responsive customer service

Qualifications:

• • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.
  • Previous automotive experience preferred, but we will consider energetic and hard-working individuals with a passion for cars.
  • Candidates must have a high level of motivation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
