Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring across multiple roles—from entry-level to leadership. Ideal candidates bring:
- A valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset
- Passion for automotive service and customer care
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Our teammates work in an active shop environment and may be exposed to:
- Moderate to loud noise levels
- Dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, and other materials
- Temperature variations, including extreme heat or cold, depending on weather
- Required use of safety goggles or other PPE as needed
Physical Requirements Include:
- Ability to stand up for 8 hours per day and walking throughout the facility
- Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Full range of motion with arms and hands; frequent handling of tools and objects
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs frequently
- Clear communication with customers and team members
