Join Sumsub's team!</p><p><strong>Your Role And Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Effectively interact with users, including both verbal and written communication <strong>(the main language of communication with users is German)</strong>.</li><li>Safeguard data, ensuring confidentiality and security</li><li>Adherence to legal regulations and company standards</li><li>Paying attention to detail and precision when carrying out tasks</li><li>Continuous updating of knowledge and skills in line with industry and regulatory changes</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in customer service-based roles is considered an advantage, but no work experience is required. You will be surrounded by our attention and support in order to enter the new role and team as comfortably as possible</li><li>Upper intermediate German and English skills are required. <strong>Please, note that the main language of communication with the clients is German.</strong></li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Ability to navigate a large amount of information</li></ul><p><strong>We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time position that requires only 40 working hours per week, plus paid breaks</li><li>Performance bonuses</li><li>Working with a product that matters.
