•    Salary Range: $21.50 - $25.80 based on relevant years of experience

•    Location: Larimer County, Colorado

Role Overview:

Responsible for non-emergency transportation of individuals to and from the Clubhouse program.   Transports individuals to the facility from various locations in Larimer County, as well as back into the community at the end of the day.  fulfills other transport needs as needed.

Essential Duties: 

• Assist Clubhouse members in accessing transportation services to and from Spirit Crossing Clubhouse’s Work-ordered Day.  
• Maintain safe driving practice, utilizing SHP Defensive Driving policies.
• Participate in regular operations meetings for shuttle assignment.  
• Ability to be flexible in scheduling and follow through with other duties as assigned. Complete daily computer-based documentation.
• Help to maintain vehicle fleet by ensuring routine maintenance is completed on vehicle.
• Provide compassionate and professional services to all members.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; experience preferred in working in behavioral health or other healthcare settings preferred. 
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered

Highly Desired:

•    Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
